The Mazda Vision coupe has become the Concept Car of the Year at the Geneva Motor Show in the Car Design Night. At the same time in Paris in January, he won the most beautiful Concept Car of the Year Award.

The Vision Coupe embodying the vision of the future design of Mazda was presented last autumn at the Tokyo Show. The Mazda KODO - Soul of Motion design language prototype features Japanese minimalism and visually congenital speed sensation.
By combining a four-door car with a coupe with a sloping rear end, the Vision Coupe reflects the dynamism and power of a powerful sports car. Japanese philosophy and stylistic harmony are clearly visible both on the outside and inside of the car. The interior design of the Vision Coupe is based on the Japanese "ma" ("space") philosophy that is typical of the traditional architecture of a "running solar country" that creates the three dimensional depth of the image.
The name of the Vision Coupe is intended to honor the Mazda coupe's design tradition, initiated by models such as the first concern car Mazda R360 and Mazda Luce Rotary, also known as the Mazda R130.
