Unloaded unwieldy metal hinges, the new Chinese air umbrella forms a "shield" that it uses to protect the individual from rainfall. This idea is not new, like a pair of designer concept was developed further in 2010, but the market did not so.
Recent versions of the basic mechanism consists of a lithium battery powered fan and motor. They are created thanks to the air flow that is discharged from the end of the plastic sticks, creating a protective layer of air power. This helps to direct the water drops to the sides.
What is the efficiency of this umbrella?
Designers argue that in the current stage of development of this umbrella is sufficient enough for two people, but if the rain is not very strong, then it can make room for more.
The team is working with the three models, all of them shaped like a shower head. First for women is slightly lower: 30 cm, 500 grams and runs for 15 minutes after charging. The second is larger and designed for men: length - 50 cm, weight - 800 grams and runs 30 minutes fully loaded battery. The third is the most versatile, but can be extended as needed, from 50 cm to 80 cm and weighs 850 grams (works as well as 30 minutes).
